Few images also have GPS co-ordinates and Location information. If you want to know where the image was taken just copy the co-ordinates, paste into the the site maps.google.com and hit enter.
For example in this image:
The location information (co-ordinates) is 11.426406,76.660764(separated by commas) into maps.google.com as shown in the pic below(green arrow):
